Sealed proposals will be publicly received, opened, and announced by the Planning Board of the Township of Moorestown in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 12 p.m. in the Council Chamber of Town Hall, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057-2480 for 2020 Planning Board Professionals.
All respondents and the general public are invited to be present for the opening of the proposals.
The RFP may be inspected at the Office of the Department of Community Development, Town Hall, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057-2480 (Telephone No. (856) 235-0912, Ext. 3022). Copies will be furnished to prospective bidders upon request. Copies can also be requested by emailing: Contact Name, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address, along with your request, to the Planning Board Secretary at email@example.com.
Each proposal must be received no later than Monday, December 16, 2019 at 12 p.m. and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Moorestown Planning Board, Attention: Planning Board Secretary, and marked on the outside with words: PROPOSAL: PLANNING BOARD PROFESSIONALS.
Respondents must comply with all laws for rendering of professional services to Moorestown Township including, but not limited to, New Jersey Pay-to-Play Laws; Chapter 10 of the Code of Moorestown Township, as well as, any amendments thereto; N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action Law; and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 Business Registration Act. A contract will be awarded under the fair and open provisions of the Pay-to-Play laws, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
The Township reserves the right to reject all proposals, to reject any proposal not complying with this notice, and to waive informalities of any proposal if such waiver is deemed by the Planning Board to be advantageous to the Township.
