The Township Manager is appointed by the Township Council and is directly in charge of all municipal departments and personnel. The Manager is the Chief Executive and Administrative head of the township and oversees the day-to-day operations of the municipal government.
The Township Manager is responsible for seeing that all ordinances, resolutions and policies of the Township Council along with all applicable state and federal laws are enforced and executed.
The Township Manager is responsible to the Township Council and ensures that any proposals and recommendations submitted to the governing body for consideration reflect the best interests of the municipality as a whole. The Manager is also the township's designated Public Information Officer.
