Moorestown is now seeking interested landlords to participate in the NEW Rental Rehabilitation Program. Owners of rental units can receive up to $15,000 per unit for major code-compliance repairs in exchange for applying a deed restriction to maintain each program-assisted unit as affordable housing.

Benefits of the program include having the project overseen by a professional inspector and assistance in filling vacant units. See flyer below for more details. Contact for more information, program requirements, and maximum permitted rents for your unit or contact Dan Levin at (609)642-4857.
